Complaints
At Salontotal.co.uk, having satisfied customers is our number one priority. If you still have a bad experience with our service or a product, please let us know. You can address your complaint to our customer service via customerservice@salontotal.co.uk. We will always give a substantive response within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the answer from our customer service, you can address your complaint to the Category Manager of Salontotal.co.uk. This can only be done in writing:

If you are not satisfied with our complaint handling, you also have access to the Home Shopping Disputes Committee. You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform.
